A short movie from our end of spring practice
On Saturday June 10th, we had an outdoor end of spring celebratory practice, along with barbeque afterwards.
Accepting new members
Now is an excellent time to start practicing Shorinji Kempo. We accept members from seven years old and upwards, including adults – no one is too old. So if you’re interested – let us know!
Happy New 2017!
Practicing alone
Complement your training to achieve more in less time
Most people who practice martial arts settle for practicing only when their club or school does. And that’s perfectly okay. Most people don’t have the time or inclination to do more. But the question is: are you like most people, or do you want to be better than most people?
Report from the Juniors’ training camp in Gothenburg
During the last weekend of May, 15 of our junior members went to Gothemburg accompanied by some of our instructors and a handful of parents to participate in the annual training camp.
