During the weekend of May 7th to 8th there was a gasshuku (training camp) for children in Gothenburg.
It was the first time ever that it was a training camp that was only for children. The arrangement was that we started at lunchtime on Saturday in order for everyone to have time to travel to Gothenburg on Saturday morning. Then there were a number of hours of exercise followed by a much appreciated visit to the amusement park Liseberg.
Sunday had training in the morning and the finish was scheduled for lunch so everyone could get home in reasonable time on Sunday.

Arnaud from Gothenburg visited
At Saturday’s training, we had a visitor from Gothenburg.
It was Arnaud Tiquet, soon to be Shibu-chō in Gothenburg (Report change of Shibu-chō in Gothenburg is submitted to the Hombu, but not confirmed by Hombu yet) who was visiting with us and train with us.
It was, as usual, nice to have someone with a higher rank on a visit and it was appreciated by all our members who attended the training.
Xmas and New Year Greetings to the Branch
The branch has received a number of Christmas and New Year greetings from various sources. In order for everyone to be able to see them in a simple way we have uploaded a number of them here.
We have also received a number of other greetings (without cards) including from our friends in Rakuto-doin in Kyoto, from Aosaka-sensei in Paris, a number of other Swedish branches, etc.
