On Saturday the 7th of March there was an instructors seminar in Stockholm. From Karlstad Shibu Anders and Richard participated, \u00c5ke Olsson from Karlstads Studenter Shibu also attended and travelled together with us to Stockholm. On the Saturday 7th of\u00a0<\/span>March,<\/span> 13 different<\/span> k\u014ddansha<\/em> (higher<\/span> dan<\/em> grades<\/span>) <\/span>gathered<\/span> <\/span>for the spring\u00a0<\/span>instructors<\/span> seminar<\/span> in dojo of Stockholm<\/span> S\u00f6dra<\/span>.<\/span> It was a<\/span> full day<\/span> training<\/span> for those who have<\/span> 3rd dan<\/em><\/span> or<\/span> higher, and the main <\/span>focus of the day was to share<\/span> experience and<\/span> go over different<\/span> techniques<\/span> at\u00a0y\u016bdansha<\/em> level (black belt<\/span> level).<\/span><\/span> There<\/span> was also<\/span> a theoretical part<\/span> after lunch<\/span> where we<\/span> went through<\/span> the basics of the<\/span> competition rules<\/span> and judging of<\/span> embu<\/span><\/em>. The plan<\/span> is that we<\/span> will have a<\/span> more formal training<\/span> of national judges<\/span> later in the year<\/span>. In summary it was<\/span> a day that<\/span> left<\/span> all participants<\/span> happy,\u00a0 with<\/span> some question marks<\/span> straightened out<\/span>, and several new<\/span> ideas and<\/span> ways to practice<\/span> our techniques<\/span> to bring home<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n
