The training in\u00a0our branch is divided into two groups, <em style=\"line-height: 1.714285714; font-size: 1rem;\">sh\u014dnenbu<\/em> (junior&#8217;s group) have training one hour twice a week and is for children between 7 and 13 years of age. At\u00a0the age of 13 they move up to the adult group, <em style=\"line-height: 1.714285714; font-size: 1rem;\">ippanbu<\/em>, which is for anyone aged 13 years and older. Adults have training sessions of two hours three times a\u00a0week.
