Kenta practice again
Last Saturday, as well as the Saturday before that our old friend Kenta (Kenneth Westlund) showed up for practice again.
For those who don’t know Kenta he is shodan (1 dan), but has not practised for a few years. He works in Stockholm, but lives in Hammarö (just outside of Karlstad), so he will basically just to train at our Saturday sessions.
Kenta is always enthusiastic and in good mood, so it is appreciated by many older members that he is back and have time to train with us again.
