Try out practice for SB&K district “Mellan”

The Swedish Budo & Martial Arts Federation district “Mellan” organise a day of “try-out practice” the same day as they hold their annual general meeting.

It will be possible to practice Aikido, Aikijo and Shorinji Kempo, and there is no fees to participate.
The branch’s ordinary practice session (11.00-13.00) is cancelled this day.
