Karlstad/Harrow Gasshuku 2013

We will get some visitors from England, from the Harrow Shibu headed by Steve Williams, during the weekend and will have a gasshuku (training camp) together.

Planned times are:
Saturday 10.00 – 16.30 with break for lunch 12.30-13.30.
Sunday 10.00 – 16.30 with break for lunch 12.30-13.30.

On Sturday night we will go out and eat together.

There is no cost for the training
